Welcome to Our Site

This website shares a meditation tradition rooted in the Sri Lankan Theravāda lineage and carried forward through the teachings of Venerable Amatha Gavesi. It centres on the cultivation of Samādhi (calm and collectedness) and Vipassanā (insight), encouraging practitioners to observe the mind and body with clarity and to understand how stress and suffering arise in everyday experience. The materials here bring together teachings that were once scattered across different communities, offering a simple and practical way to explore this path.
